Refund & Exchange

We aim to facilitate all our clients if they wish to exchange their purchased articles, provided that the purchase was made in Pakistan, online or at any of our social media pages.
Return & Refund

1. We operate a no return and no refund policy.
2. If goods you receive are different from what you have ordered on our website or defective or damaged, then article will be exchanged or we provide you with store credit of the same value
3. All goods being exchanged need to be sent by courier to TASSUR HQ,Plot No.8, Iqra Village Society, Hala Naka Road, Hyderabad.
4.We only accept exchange of goods within 7 days of you placing an order through our website.
5. Goods that are returned to us must be in a condition that they can be sold again.
6. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchange Policy Nationwide Orders

i) Damaged or Different Goods.

1. If goods you receive are different from what you have ordered on our website or defective or damaged, then article will be exchanged or we provide you with store credit of the same value
2. All goods will be exchanged via TRAX courier to TASSUR HQ,Plot No.8, Iqra Village Society, Hala Naka Road, Hyderabad.
4. We only accept exchange of goods within 7 days of you placing an order through our website.
5. Goods that are returned to us must be in a condition that they can be sold again.
6. We will be paying shipping cost.
7. Articles purchased on a discount or on sale are not qualified for exchange.Refunds are not in cash – the client will be issued a coupon of same value valid for Online Store ONLY, which can be used immediately or in the future.
8.Please study your coupon carefully for further details.Items of formal outfits and loose fabric cannot be exchanged.In case of home article return, it should be in Tassur’s original home packing.These conditions apply to non-sale orders only. For sale orders, exchanges will only be provided for valid reasons and exchange time will also take longer than normal.

Provide all the required information to our friendly representative and if all the conditions of the exchange are met, we will exchange the product once you ship product to our warehouse and shipping cost will be beared by customer.

International Orders

We do not offer Return and Exchange on any of our International orders.In case of any defected or damaged item being received by the customer, a fresh item will be sent again after necessary investigations of the claim.

If the ordered product/size is not available in stock anymore, a full amount of store credit or a full refund shall be offered to customer.The customer should notify discrepancy within 07 days of the online order being delivered.Tassur will not cater any exchange/return after the above mentioned time period.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel items or orders that haven’t entered the shipping process yet. Conversely, once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information. In this instance, our Exchange policy will apply. Tassur reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason including stock unavailability, declined payment by your authorized payment institution, or pricing imprecisions.
