a. This website is owned and operated by M/S TASSUR. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to M/TASSUR. M/TASSUR offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
b. By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.
c. We may need to update our Terms and Conditions from time to time, each time you place an order on our website you will be agreeing to the latest version of our Terms and Conditions.

i. Our Return/Exchange and Refund policy:
1. We operate a no return and no refund policy.
2. If goods you receive are different from what you have ordered on our website or defective or damaged, then article will be exchanged or we provide you with store credit of the same value
3. All goods being exchanged need to be sent by courier to TASSUR HQ,Plot No.8, Iqra Village Society, Hala Naka Road, Hyderabad.
4.We only accept returns of goods within 7 days of you placing an order through our website.
5. Goods that are returned to us must be in a condition that they can be sold again.
6. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
ii. Our Shipping policy:
1. Domestic shipping:
a. We deliver orders from within Pakistan using reputable courier companies such as TCS & Trax.
b. We will deliver your order to the address that you provide when placing the order on our website within 2-3 working days of placing the order.
2. International shipping:
a. We deliver orders outside of Pakistan using reputable courier companies UPS, DHL.
b. We will deliver your order to the address that you provide when placing the order on our website within 3 days of placing the order, however this might take longer due to circumstances outside of our control.
c. You may be required to pay customs, duties or other taxes upon receipt of goods received by you that have been shipped from Pakistan.
We reserve the right to not process an order that you place on our website. This is usually for the following reasons:
A. We no longer hold stock of the goods or services that you ordered from us.
b. We are unable to ship goods to your location.
c. The goods or services that you have ordered are no longer available.
d. Any reason outside of our control.
Our Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan and you agree that the courts of Hyderabad or Karachi (including any consumer court) will have exclusive jurisdiction in any dispute that you have with us.
Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. For your convenience, you will not be charged until your payment method is authorized, the order information is verified for accuracy and your order is shipped (except for orders, including pre-orders, paid for with a Credit Card, Debit Card, Bank Card or PayPal account which are charged at the time you place your order, not when your order is shipped). Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is canceled after your credit card (or other payment account) has been charged, we will issue a credit to your credit card (or other applicable payment account) in the amount of the charge.
