A beautiful classic cultural gift with fine fabric and patterns

The chaddar quality was good, the print was good but you customers care service is very poor. I have ordered cotton chaddar with studs but you have sent me lawn chaddar without studs. I have sent 2 emails right after the confirmation email from your side for correction but there was no response. You should improve your customer complaints service or who ever is responsible to address the complaints he or she should be more active.
